LIFO

What does LIFO stand for in Logistics?

LIFO stands for:

1. Last In / First Out: an accounting method used in managing a company’s inventory. LIFO assumes that the products bought or most recently manufactured are sold first.

2. Liner In / Free Out: is the rate of freight including the costs of loading the goods on board a vessel at the departure port.
