What is Freight Transport Association?

Freight Transport Association is one of the biggest business groups in the United Kingdom that supports the efficiency of logistics in the country. The organisation stands as a representative in support for the views and interest of all its members.

There are several governing bodies for freight carriers and FTA is one of them. Its members consist of road, air, rail and sea industries as well as clients (shippers or shipping companies) of the transport industry whose businesses depend on the efficiency of the transport system.
