Binding Tariff Information (BTI)

What is Binding Tariff Information?

Binding Tariff Information is a process of requesting tariff information from the custom authorities for a specific product. BAF is used within the European Union (EU) member tastes to ensure equal charge or classification on tariff for similar products.

BTI can only be used by its holder. And in some cases, it can be used on behalf of the holder and not by any other traders.
