What is ADSp?
ADSp is the abbreviation for "Allgemeine Deutsche Spediteurbedingungen", which simply translates to the German Freight Forwarders' Standard Terms and Conditions. It is a set of recommendations presented by the German Association for Freight Forwarding and Logistics (Deutscher Speditions-und Logistikverband e. V. DSLV), as of 1 January 2016.
Its task is to provide companies from the trade, industry, transport and forwarding sectors with a "contractual regulation" and thus to achieve a balance of interests between the individual contracting parties.
