What is First Party Logistics?

First Party Logistics refers to logistics handled internally by a company. In this case, the manufacturer does not outsource transport or other logistic activities to third parties. The manufacturer stores goods in his warehouse and owns vehicles that will deliver goods to customers. All functions are carried out by the company’s own departments.
