Edscha Trailer

What is an Edscha Trailer?

Edscha trailer is a type of trailer whose bode is covered with tarpaulin. The tarpaulin can be slid forward or backward like curtains both at the side and the entire roof. This means that the truck can not only be loaded from the side but also from the top with cranes.

Edscha is a manufacturing company that produces oem automobile convertible roof systems. It is a German automotive supplier. The company Edscha was founded in Remscheid in 1870 by Eduard Scharwächter.

Edscha applied for the first patent for truck sliding tops as early as 1969. To this day the sliding roofs are continuously being developed and make life easier for drivers and loading personnel.
