What do the terms Collector and Collection Request mean?
The terms Collector and Collection Request do not refer to the usual way of shipping via a forwarding agency or parcel service. In the actual sense of the word, a collector is someone who comes along as a customer to collect the shipment directly from the shipper on the basis of a collection request.
