Certificate of Conformity (CoC)

What is a Certificate of Conformity?

Certificate of Conformity is a document which certifies that the goods or services supplied meet the required standards. CoC is a way of ensuring that consumers in the importing countries are protected against harmful or sub-standard products.

Arriving goods which do not meet the standards, as specified by the importing country may not be allowed in. In some cases, the transported goods are confiscated.

CoC is also called the Certificate of Compliance and the Certificate of Conformance.
