Logistics management is one of the elements in the supply chain management. It means a coordinated, planned and organised process of the transportation of goods to the customers. The logistics management enables a quick implementation and efficiency of the goods delivery process.
Logistics management ensures that:
- appropriate delivery method is selected,
- goods are delivered on time,
- goods are delivered in the right condition and quantity,
- solid software is used and updates are provided to the customer.
