Load Unit

What is a Load Unit?

A load unit is the combination of several items into a single-unit. With the single-unit, shipments are easily transported or moved from one place to another. The idea behind the load unit is the flexibility it brings when moving huge quantity of items at a time, instead of moving each item separately. In essence, the load unit reduces the handling and shipping cost.
