Lean Management

What is Lean Management?

Lean Management is a management approach that is characterised by the principle of decentralisation and simultaneousness, combined with cooperative behaviour. Particularly, it pursues the goal within the company of achieving consistent cost reduction and strong customer orientation for the entire company's management. The decentralisation of tasks, competencies and areas of responsibility is primarily carried out in the primary areas of the value-added chain.

Lean Management aims to minimise waste, eliminate superfluous elements and optimise processes. The focus in this context is on all those processes within a company that contribute to the creation of value in order to save both time and costs.
