Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)
What does EAI mean?
EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) is an IT infrastructure in the form of middleware that is suitable for linking IT systems. Basically, EAI acts as a data hub that is directly linked to the individual systems.
Its main advantages are its high flexibility and easy expandability, which in turn enable integrated and smooth process handling. The EAI can ensure smooth business processes by taking over the entire communication between the individual software solutions.
