Delivered at Frontier (DAF)

What is Delivered at Frontier?

Delivered at Frontier is an agreement or a contract that obligates a seller to deliver a consignment to a designated border crossing. DAF is primarily used for rail and road transportation. However, it can be used for any form of transport system.

Currently, DAF is no longer is use for international shipping contract, and has been replaced by Delivered at Place (DAP) and Delivered at Terminal (DAT).
