What are Damaged Goods?

Damaged goods refer to the partial or complete damage to a shipment or part of a shipment. The term can also mean the loss of part or all of the shipment. In the event of damage to goods, the ADSp is used as a form of the general terms and conditions to settle the disputes related to damaged goods.

These are goods that have been damaged during shipping.
