Container Transport

What is Container Transport?

Container transport refers to the transportation of goods in standardised containers via rail and sea. The two most common international standardised container types are twenty and forty foot.

The flexibility of container transport makes a significant contribution to the reduction in the costs of transport. In essence, it is the most economical form of cargo transportation, especially when moving bulk and consumer goods.
