Business to Consumer, also called B2C, is a commercial transaction that exists between businesses and the final consumer. In B2C, goods and services are sold directly to individual and household who are the end users.
The B2C business is widely known and its strategy is based on market reaction. Moreover, the marketing messages are conveyed emotionally rather than logic.
