Transport operators are expected to demonstrate credible emissions reduction, efficient use of resources, and responsibility across the full lifecycle of their services. This includes subcontractors, fleets, terminals, and outsourced services. For customers, transparent CO₂ reporting, clear sustainability targets, and compliant transport solutions are becoming baseline expectations.
From your perspective, how well positioned is DHL Freight to meet the requirements of ISO 14001:2026, compared to the broader road freight market?
DHL Freight is well positioned. Through long-standing initiatives such as Mission 2050 and GoGreen Decarbonization strategy, the company has already embedded many of the priorities that ISO 14001:2026 emphasizes. Compared to much of the broader road freight market, these topics have been part of DHL Freight’s business agenda for years.
