A concrete example of this is the improvement of our Claims & Complaints handling process. We have taken measures to increase the speed and transparency of the process. With clearly structured informational materials, it will be easier and more straightforward for our customers to file a complaint or a claim in the future. Our goal is to provide you with prompt feedback and increase your satisfaction through transparency.

As a customer of DHL Freight, you will soon receive an email inviting you to participate in our Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS). If the email doesn’t appear in your inbox, please check your spam folder. The survey will be sent to all customers from 26 countries who have worked with us in the past twelve months.
The survey covers topics such as DHL Freight Performance, strategic future issues, and market competitors. It includes rating tasks, sorting and categorization questions, as well as open-ended questions so you can share your opinion in detail.
