Paperless Picking
What is Paperless Picking?
Paperless picking is the process of selecting customer orders by an electronic shelf display. This means, electronic method of picking is used to fulfil order processes. The paper picking or picking list has been replaced by various forms of electronic picking such as Pick-by-Light, Pick-by-Vision and Pick-by-Voice.
The paperless picking increases productivity by eliminating longer processing time of documents. In addition, it make picking easier, increase picking rates and reduces the workloads of employees.
